Return and Exchange Policy
- 1. Invoice Requirement: The original invoice must be presented for all return or exchange requests.
- 2. Returns and Exchanges:Imported Furniture: Returns or exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided the items are in their original, undamaged condition and have not been unpacked from their boxes.Local Furniture: Custom-made or locally manufactured items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been approved for production.
- 3. Delivery Scheduling:The customer has the right to reschedule the delivery date at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment. The new date will be set based on the company's availability schedule and is limited to one time only.If the customer is absent from the installation site at the agreed time, or fails to answer calls from the company's representative, the goods will be returned to the warehouse. In this case, the customer forfeits the free delivery and installation service and must bear the transportation costs, which will be determined by the company and paid in advance.
- 4. Site Preparation: The installation site must be fully prepared, cleared, and free of any obstacles or old furniture. The company is not responsible for dismantling or moving any of the customer’s old furniture, and company employees and workers are strictly prohibited from doing so.
- 5. Post-Installation Policy: Items cannot be returned under any circumstances once they have been installed, except in cases of commercial fraud or manufacturing defects.
- 6. Sales and Clearance: Returns are not permitted for items purchased during sale periods, clearances, or for "last piece" items. Furthermore, items purchased during these periods cannot be held or reserved at the warehouse.
- 7. Third-Party Handling: The company is not liable for any installation issues, damage, or loss that occurs to the invoiced items if they are shipped, installed, delivered, or transported by a third party or by the customer themselves.
- 8. Customer Inspection: The company is not responsible for any damage, defects, or shortages in the sold items once the customer has inspected, approved, and received them directly at the agreed delivery site, showroom, or warehouse.
- 9. "Last Piece" Items: If a customer purchases the final display unit (last piece) from the showroom and agrees to it, they waive the right to any exchange or return, except in cases of commercial fraud or manufacturing defects.
- 10. Tax Invoices: Tax invoices cannot be modified or canceled once issued. In the event of a return, a credit note (return invoice) will be issued.
- 11. Customer Acknowledgment: The issuance and receipt of the invoice constitute an official acknowledgment by the customer of their full agreement to the terms and conditions stated above.
