Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not included in our non-returnable items list

Return Process

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include the completed return form (sent via email)
  • Ship the package to our return address
  • Wait for confirmation and processing

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Sale items may be eligible for store credit only

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Specify the desired size/color for exchange
  • Follow the standard return process
  • We'll ship the new item once we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items, intimate apparel, and final sale items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Store Credit

If preferred, we can issue store credit instead of a refund, which never expires and can be used anytime.
